We're talking a person who has never shown tears for anything! The necklace he received had a pic of his mom with her sisters on 1 side and his nephew on the other. We were going to lunch when I gave it to him. As I'm driving when the box opened and he saw the pictures the tears rolled. I mean the ugly cry you don't want anybody to see. It touched him deeply. We were not disappointed. Now it did take a while to get to us but considering the pieces are all unique I understand.
