I received my three necklaces in the mail only to find out one of the necklaces had incorrect images. I reached out to the support team to see if we can get this error fixed and they basically told me I would need to put in a new order. I then requested to return all my necklaces as these were Christmas gifts for my kids and the images were very important as they were of our beloved grandpa who passed at the beginning of the year. Each picture is very meaningful for each one of my kids. They didn’t take accountability for the error. Now they are telling me they can’t refund I placed my order on 12/5/25 received my necklaces on 12/23 Why can’t I get a refund? Why can’t you redo the necklace with the correct images. What kind of service is this. Don’t order from this company they don’t care about their customers. This isn’t just a snack for my kids this is a very meaningful and important gift to them. I had to tell my daughter that I didn’t have her necklace because it was incorrect. This was supposed to be a special gift for my kids to open altogether.
